Chicken Curry is a dish originally from the Indian Subcontinent. A Malaysian Style Chicken Curry is classic and often one of the first curries. The comforting flavour of curry and herbs. Our Traditional homemade curry consists of a splash of coconut milk making it creamy. It usually consists of chicken, potatoes and boiled egg. The base we have used dried shrimps, onions, garlic clove, ginger, tomato, lemon grass stalk, and curry leave stalk. All these simple remind me of grandma cooking and it is served the best with sourdough bread.
